Okay, so for those of you that didn't know, Jenna and I moved to Denver on 8/28/07 and have not looked back. We were lucky enough to move from our 639sqf apartment to a 50-100sqf office at my sister, Shannon's, house. But if you look at the picture above, you will see the house that we are buying. We just found out that the bank accepted our offer today 10/9/07 and we have 15 days to close our loan. Which happens to be perfect timing becouse Shannon and Hans are moving at the end of the month, so this is all working out well for us. This home is bank owned, meaning the people before us forclosed on the home. So it is not in perfect condition but really close to it. We are really excited to have a place to call home. We will be making room above the fireplace for the 50" plasma, don't you worry. And the built in surround sound is not bad either. I work for Chase bank still as a personal banker and Jenna works for another orthodontist out here. We hope everyone can come and visit us becouse we know if you do, you will not want to go back to Utah and then you will move out here and we will have friends again!
