Labor Day Milestones!

Treyson had his FOUR MONTH Well-Check on Thursday. He is definitely getting longer and thinning out a little.

Weight: 13 lbs 11.5 oz (30%)
Length: 24.25 in (25%)
Head: 16.5 in (45%)

We have also switched him to a soy based formula since the other stuff wasn't affecting his skin. So far he is showing much more improvement than we've seen since his last bad breakout. I love to feel smooth skin taking over his body again! I'm so happy to have something that is finally helping him out. His doctor was also shocked at how strong he is and told us he's probably going to be an active little boy with how fast he's learning and developing. He's still not rolling over (so close!) but is standing up all the time and putting everything in his mouth. We're pretty sure he's going to break himself of the binkie. Anytime he has it in his mouth he pulls it right out and when he gets it back in his mouth he doesn't know to let go so he pulls it right back out. He's his own worst enemy. His new thing is to spit all over the place. Cory said we'll need to make a sign that says, "First 5 rows may get wet." We LOVE IT!

So far we've had a wonderful Labor Day! We started the day off with some breakfast at the park with some family and will be heading to BBQ in the next few minutes. I just love these chances to spend the whole day with family and friends. This is the life!

Look comfy to anyone else???

This is his "Whoa! What's that bright flash waking me up?" face

So last night we had him sitting up and just to see how he would do, we let go! He sat like this for a long time!! I know he's leaning forward but hey, he was sitting up all by himself! I love his face!!!!! So cute!

Treyson and me! It's when I see pics like this that I realize just how big he is... and how young I do look. I guess people have a valid reason for giving me dirty looks when I walk past them with him in my arms!

He LOVED his first go-cart ride!! Even though they didn't really go anywhere. He loved to sit by Daddy like a big boy and hold onto the steering wheel! Thank you SO MUCH, Brent for letting all of us play with your new toy! It was SO fun!!! Can't wait until he's flying down the hills and doing donuts like his older cousin Cass was doing! I LOVE seeing these kiddos growing up. There is nothing better!!
