I just realized that I never let you all know the test results from Treyson's VCUG test we had done a couple of weeks ago. He does NOT have any kidney reflux!!! Yay!! We could not have asked for a better result. So this means we are in the clear for now. In about 4-6 months we'll redo the ultrasound to make sure everything still looks stable. Our doctor is actually hopeful that he'll begin growing out of this on his own. So we are thrilled that everything is looking good in that regard for our little one. I also went to the doctor yesterday and he has gained another pound! He now weighs 10 lbs 3 oz. He has now surpassed his cousin, Romy, who is 3 weeks older than he is. Crazy! We definitely have a little chunker on our hands. Obvious from his eating habits. He has downed 6-8 oz on more than one occasion, as you can see from the pics below...

"Thank you, Aunt Leslie, for my cute outfit!! I love it!" (As you can see from the smile on my face) "And Mom CAN'T WAIT for me to fit into my flip-flops!"

Just chillin' with Dad at the end of the day watching some good ole T.V.

I love these two boys!

No double-chin check for this little man. He is proud to show it off! And boy, do we love it!

So I just learned how they perform that test. And did you know that they do that test to children as old as 12... You may have done it differently, but the girl I know who had to do was 11. Can you imagine a catheter to insert dye, followed by an extremely embarassing episode of peeing on an xray table in front of watching people? It is a good thing your child was young, as to not know how bad that could really be! I'm sorry he had to go through it though. Didn't know that he wasn't feeling good. Glad things are good now though! Have a good day!
At my last Ultrasound, my doctor told me this baby has that same thing. I'm hoping it will correct itself, he said it should. at least i'll know who to go to for questions. :)
Wow, he looks like a mini Joe in that last picture (minus the double chin of course). So adorable! I bet you're having tons of fun being a mother.
